Company History

The 10-year work on research projects in the field of industrial services and metalworking-fluid management was the basis for the company founders to obtain comprehensive industry knowledge.

In the course of these projects, well-proven solutions for enterprises had been developed and the high economic potential was obvious. As a research institution, pursuing other objectives, the employer of the founders at that time could not make economical use of this market potential. The founders saw the opportunity to develop this knowledge further within an own business and to put it into practice. With obvious success! They retained customers and contracts, developed a concrete product, hired employees and grew sustainably. This enabled them to establish the company into a highly respected IT system house for industrial applications.

These are the heads of the company:

Dipl.-Ing. Felix Jenak has been programming PC systems since his school time. He studied mechanical engineering and during this time gained useful experience, as for example in programming documentation systems for power plants with Siemens KWU.

Dipl. Ing. Felix Jenak

His strengths lie in his work as a project manager and programmer. He is also the leading brain in the design and realization of high-quality system solutions for electronic data processing. He very much enjoys developing sensational products. Should you have an idea for a software development that seems impossible to realize, he will certainly be able to make it work.

Dipl.-Ing. Lars Löhner is interested in technical systems. He trained as a ship fitter, went to sea and studied Marine Engineering. During his studies, he discovered data processing as an efficient means of putting economic and technical solutions into practice. He developed these computing skills further and applied them in various companies during his practical work as a student.

Dipl. Ing. Lars Löhner

He worked on scientific projects as well as on industrial contracts, such as the introduction of fluid management in engineering enterprises. Lars Löhner is qualified as DGQ Auditor and has successfully supported 12 companies with the introduction of quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001. He is the creative consultant of the company, who, together with his partners and employees, designs, sets up and supports applicable systems.

Both managing partners are authorized to represent the company and are each a 50% shareholder of the enterprise.
